Pete and Mona Sayegh
Pete Sayegh was born and raised in New York and has lived in Southern California since 1980. His vast understanding of market trends, luxury niches, and the needs and wants of his clients has fueled his real estate career, which began in his mid-20s and has continued for over 30 years. Driven, ambitious, and ever-competitive, Pete became one of the top 10 agents in Southern California after working for a national builder for five years.
Pete's real estate knowledge and expertise are not limited to Orange County and its surrounding locales. His affinity for and love of Southern California give him a leading edge in representing clients in the region. Growing up, Pete spent weekends exploring different areas throughout the Southland, which later translated into his ability to sell various neighborhoods confidently.
In 1995, Pete met Mona, the love of his life. They married in 1998 and, almost immediately, took real estate classes together. By October 1999, they became Realtors (Pete humorously refers to this as the "late 1900s"). They chose the real estate industry so they could raise their family and be actively involved in their children’s lives.
Their children—Joseph (24), a mechanical engineer on track at SpaceX; Alexys (22), a music teacher at CNUSD; and Michael (21), pursuing a career as a firefighter/paramedic—are their pride and joy. Pete and Mona have consistently supported their children’s ambitions and creativity as individuals. To their surprise, Pete and Mona naturally developed a seamless working relationship, with Mona obtaining her Broker License to offer clients more choices and cost-saving options.
